7770's performance is a little bit higher. Considering pricing on newegg and driver stability,I would go for Gigabyte 650.

Go with hd 7770 it easily beats gtx 650 oc edition.go with saphhire hd 7770 1gb. Overall it is like this gtx 650 < hd 7750 < gtx 650 oc < hd 7770.
