Gigabyte or Biostar Motherboard?

I am upgrading and would like to know which mobo to purchase, the Gigabyte GA-H81-D3 or Biostar Hi-Fi H81S2. I don't know if there is any difference between them. I will be using it for gaming and do not plan on overclocking anything.
