Gigabyte or Evga

Soon I am planing on buying myself a new graphics card. I am debating if I want to buy either a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB SSC Gaming ACX 2.0+ or a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 XTREME Gaming 4GB GDDR5. I was already told that the Gigabyte graphics card is compatible with my setup and I was wondering if the EVGA graphics card is also compatible, and which graphics card I should get.
The setup that I have right now, my specs are:
Motherboard: Asus Z87-K
CPU: Intel I5 4670k 3.4GHz
8 GB of ram.
750W PSU

every card is compatible.it's your preference of what little things you want to get that are added with those GPUs like extra ports, fans or some OC

XTREME is slightly better but depending on its price, I would go with EVGA since it is cheaper and you can overclock it to performance of the XTREME card (at least I believe so).
