Hi All,
I was wondering if you could provide me with some guidance.
my laptop turns on when running on battery, but if I remove the battery and have the laptop plugged in, it does not turn on ?
I have checked the adaptor with mutimeter and it is supplying 19V.
I have also checked the pins at the back of the power jack on motherboard and getting 19V also.
can the power jack be at fault here? should I spend the money to buy a new power jack and change it with the old one?
what do you suggest?
