Gigabyte P35-DS3R problem

Hey guys, I just put together a system with:

NZXT ADAMAS
Corsair 520
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6750 2.66GHz
Asus P5A2-8SB4W
GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R
Super Talent DDR2-800 2GB (2x1GB) CL4
XFX nVidia GeForce 8800GT 512MB
Western Digital WD3200AAKS 320GB SATA2 7200rpm 16MB
LG Electronics GSA-H62NK 18X SATA Super Multi DVD+/-RW

I tried to test it before putting on all the sides and when I turn on the computer there is really high pitched noise that sounds and does not end.

Is that a CPU error code or is that the memory?

Please help me out, thank you so much.

Never mind guys, I found out it was because the PCI-E power cable got loose and the long beep meant the card was not installed properly .
