Question Gigabyte P67A-UD3R-B3 + i7-2600K OC 4.5ghz

Hello guys,

I have motherboard Gigabyte P67A-UD3R-B3 with i7-2600K i want to OC this processor to 4.5 and i want the steps please with this BIOS cuz its always give me a blue screen when i try to OC it to 4.5 but i didn't change the voltage , im not pro in OC so i want steps please with details .
