Which is good for > CPU INTEL Core 2 Duo E6600 ..

Any of those boards will be good enough for your E6600. But I am assuming one is GA-965P-S3/DS3 and GA-965P-DQ6.

If those assumptions are right i'd go with the DS3 (or possibly the DS4, although i've seen no reviews of it).
