I have this board GA-H61M-D2H ver1.0;in which,I cam across these options in BIOS as Standard,Turbo and Extreme under "performance enhance".My current setting is standard, its obvious I want to set extreme but before I do....
What are they?Is is overclocking? Will it hurt or something like that?

Solution
oh now that i know what cpu you have, your fine setting it on extreme lol. Just remember to keep your case clean but you should notice a nice boost in performance with it set like that.
they are overclocking settings that the motherboard sets. And if it will hurt anything, it all depends on your build. Do you have a stock cpu cooler? if so then turbo would be as high as i would put it. Is you case clean and have good airflow? that will help keep things cools while you overclock. Most of the time the motherboard doesnt go crazy with its own overclocking so you should be fine with it in turbo

Since I do not have any dedicated GPU I checked the temp reading of my i3 3210 set under 'extreme'
and is 28C(1st core)36C(2nd core) and for that Intel HD Graphics 2500 is 36C.
I dont use any other,by default Intel's, cooler but I have the PSU by Cooler Master Thunder450W and have two cabinet fans.
