Gigabyte ph67-ud3-b3 cpu core ratio

Hello guys, is it possible to raise the cpu core ratio/multiplier past 38? i can`t find any solution to this, i`m trying to overclock an i5 3570k and i can`t get past that multiplier. Is it the board or is it me? if it`s the board what other mobo would you rec <100$ for this exact purpose. I had a lot of problems with this mobo, for example 3rd gen processors don`t work on it until you update the bios to f8, but finding that out will take a lot longer.

After searching the net here`s what i come up with. No i cannot modify that, the reason being that the motherboard has a h67 chipset http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/mainstream-chipsets/h67-express-chipset.html which seems to be locked, an unlocked chipset would be z77 http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/performance-chipsets/z77-express-chipset.html . Please tell me if i`m right. thx
