Gigabyte r7 260x <1gb> Low fps in dota 2 resolution 1920x1080 raptr balanced settings ..this gpu can do it much better :( ??

Specs
Processor i3-2100 cpu,
ram =4gb,
motherboard gigabyte h61mk-k,
harddrive 320 gb,
gpu r7 260x .
Now my problem is whenever i play dota 2 fps get 20-35 in heavy clash even on medium settings i used to get better fps on my previous motherboard they both are same but i think its the driver....If any of you have Gigabyte 260x r7 please tell me your driver version and link to it as my current drivers are latest 14.11 beta omega.How do i get better fps ???

your system isnt that strong but you can try putting the slider on performance

i have 2 pc's running dota2, one with a AMD X6 & 570GTX [ 60+ fps, all maxed out settings at 900p] and another laptop C2Duo T7500, 8400GS [35 fps Max at 1280x800 settings-everything low ]

so i have fiddled with both types of hardware, high & low,
seems like you just need to turn off these settings on the Dota2 -options Advanced => untick these : Antialiasing, Ambient Occlusion, World Lighting, Specular / Bloom
Also lower Shadows to low.
then check your fps again .
If you get 60+, now enable the settings, one at a time and check them Fps, better?
also note, some players usually game without shadows to ensure lag free gameplay.
