Gigabyte R9 290x vs toxic R9 290 temperatures?

I found both of them second hand and they are both the same price, which one runs cooler and has lower TDP? Which one would you choose? They are both priced at $354 is that worth it? Both are new and only used for a few weeks.

Which one has better temps or noise? Nice profile picture by the way R9 290 is sufficent for 1080p gaming, I just want the one with better cooling. Unless the noise and temperature difference is so slight then i'll choose the R9 290x.

Well i own a r9-280x toxic and its pretty cool and quiet so you can go with the toxic and overclock it. But get a good psu atleast 600-650W from a reputable company.
