Gigabyte R9 380 4GB stops working.

Hi.The last few days while im gaming my pc suddenly freezes and screen goes off showing "No signal".Or sometimes i get a notification that the graphics driver stopped working and started again succesfully.I did full stress and tests on all my parts cpu/gpu/rams/hard disks and the pc was stable.Cpu temps MAX 50.gpu temps MAX 68.Whats the problem guys??

i5 6600k (no oc)
gigabyte windforce r9 380 4gb (no oc)
Thermaltake smart se 630W
MSI Z170A Mate
Hyperx furry ddr4 2666mhz 2x4
western digital 1TB BLUE.
