Gigabyte R9 390 Models

So I found a Gigabyte R9 390 for around $270 (US Dollars) and then I found another Gigabyte R9 390 for around $315(US Dollars). Does anyone know the difference between these two models? Oh, and does anyone know what the Reboot issue is with this card?

And also, these models are the only variants of the 390 that fit in my case and I don't have the money to buy a new case and a new graphics card, so please don't recommend another manufacturer.

The $330 dollar card is factory overclocked. With a smal case make sure that it's going to be able to allow good enough air flow to properly cool the card, the 390 produces a lot of heat.

So honestly there's no point in paying extra just for a factory overclock? Thanks for the answer

Sometimes the factory oc'd cards use higher binned chips which overclock better.

Sometimes the factory oc'd cards use higher binned chips which overclock better.

It looks like the prices changed between both of these models, since right now the factory overclocked version is slightly cheaper than the other.

Does anyone have this card, and if so could you give me your thoughts on it?
