GIGABYTE Radeon R7 260x Overclocking

I was looking to over clock my GIGABYTE Radeon R7 260x and I was looking for anyone who knows what are good overclocking settings like Core Clock, Memory Clock and Voltage. I don't want anything to extreme because I want the card to last a decent time but just for a little bit of a performance boost.
