Question Gigabyte Radeon R9 380 Crimson Problems

I'm having a couple of problems with the R9 380 that I only noticed recently. The issue is that the CNEXT utility doesn't run at startup and when run manually it doesn't apply any of the changes I make. For instance, if I adjust the Video settings, nothing happens. All of the presets looked the same on both of my monitors. I attemped to resolve this by uninstalling the drivers and then running DDU to clear out any leftover things, but after a reinstall the issue wasn't fixed and there are no longer any options displayed under Video in CNEXT. I'm lost as to how to fix this.

Nevermind, found a solution. Turns out nothing was removing the CNEXT folder from Program Files(x86) and doing so manually resolved the issue.
