Hey guys a couple of weeks ago i spilt pepsi on my graphics card through the vent in the top of my pc only a few drops landed on it but it was enough to fry it. Anyway i replaced it today with a new graphics card and its not appearing in the device manager plus i tried running arma 3 and it was laggy. The fans are spinning and the bluelights on the side are lighting up and i can access my desktop and everything via the hdmi plugged into the graphics card.
Everything is plugged in correctly im pretty sure.
Any ideas on what the issue might be? Thanks!

Solution
You need to reinstall the drivers, especially if the graphics card was different than your new one.

If that doesn't help (full clean install), there might be additional damaged caused by your carelessness.
