Gigabyte RMA status?

I RMA'd a hd 7950 a week ago and on friday the rma status changed to "Component Bad; the location is at".... I have no idea what that means. On the website there is a slot that said repaired date and its filled in. Does that mean they are done fixing it? I have contacted support 2 times over the past 4 days and have yet to get a response back from them. Anybody ever rma anything to Gigabyte? How did it go?

Sounds to me like they have verified that the RMA'd component is faulty. As for is it fixed, that's up to them when that's done. You will get your card back (or a new one) eventually.
Have you received your card yet? I have an hd 7950... It doesnt work if drivers are installed... I just put rma request in yesterday, just wondering how your experience has been...
