I've been trying to get this to work for hours now and I don't really know what the solution is.
My GPU (GIGABYTE RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12G) runs fans at boot and then stops, my fan speed, power limit and temp limit can't be controlled by third party applications like msi afterburner and its limited to 840MHz. Core voltage can't be measured either.
My specs are:
Case: NZXT H1
CPU: Intel I5-13400F
GPU: GIGABYTE RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC 12G
Motherboard: Aorus B660I Pro DDR4
RAM: 2x16 Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz
PSU: It came with the NZXT H1 so I assume its the C650 Gold PSU
My 3DMark Timespy test score was extremely low at 1758: https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/98581872?
I've tried out multiple things like:
using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling drivers from the site
uninstalling gpu drivers manually and reinstalling
done a fresh windows 11 install
updated motherboard bios to the most recent update
checked two pci-e connections from the PSU to the GPU
Tried a different graphics card on the same system where it has worked and this hasn't.
I'm wondering if its a PSU problem but I won't place money on it yet because i'm still unsure.
