i recently upgraded to the Gigabyte Radeon™ RX460 WINDFORCE OC 4G and a corsair vs650 and i started to noticed a few issues with the card. So after i used the .guru3d.com Display Driver Uninstaller i shutdown the system and installed my RX460 using the latest Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.2 . Now i noticed compared to my 750ti that in every game i would play there would be drastic lag . Then when watching youtube and amazon prime videos the screen would go green then black then windows 10 would tell me that the drivers crashed . specs listed below

So you added two things at once, the 460 and the power supply? This means either could be the problem. Here's what I suggest. Reinstall your old power supply and 750 Ti, so your computer is working again back the way it was. Now install the new power supply and test the computer. Does it work? If yes, now install the 460. Test again. Post here what happens after that.
