Question Gigabyte RX 460 4GB (No voltage VCORE GPU and Memory)

Hello, I have a problem with my video card. I made several measurements and I can't imagine what it can be anymore.
I have:
1- 3.3V Bios
2 - 12V High Mosfet
3 - 0V Vcore GPU and Memory
4 - 0V on Enable Pin and Vcc Pin PWM
Someone give me a light plss

You may want to post some exact details what the problem with the card is, and your system specs. Has the card ever worked? Did you test it in another system?

So, I tested it on another computer and it has the same defect. It has no GPU and Memory Vcore, only has the voltage of 12 of the high mosfets. So, I thought it would be a problem in PWM since he sends the pulse to switch to the low Mosfet. So I measured the PWM's Enable and Vcc pin (NCP81022) should have 5V, but there is no voltage.
