Question Gigabyte RX 570 4G - Issue

Hey guys, I'm currently having trouble with my new GPU, evreytime I install the latest driver the white led on top of the 8pin connector starts blinking and my PC starts crashing. I assume this is a PSU problem? currently have a Seasonic 520W 80+ Bronze PSU (New) (Full Modular), will transferring the PCIE cable to the port solve this problem?

Did you connect the PCI-E connector to the PSU? It should be a 6+2 connector, for 8 pins.

Yes I did, but everytime I install a new driver the connector led lights up and also the fans stop led lights up, and a couple of seconds later the PC crashes, I already did a number of DDU cleanup but still nothing works.
