This is copy-paste from AMD official troubleshoot/report site. If someone can help me with this it would be really great. Tried to leave the Unigen Heaven for some time to see if the problem will still be there, it was, but not in this amount you can see from this photo ( https://scontent.fbeg2-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t35.0-12/14881610_10207700206919214_1758228006_o.png?oh=e54b89283b0abb0b4841807c5f8914a1&oe=5816E74E ). Here is the copy-paste part: "The problem started on it`s own. One day i was playing every game normally and the next day when i booted up my PC, i got poor performance. Didn`t update anything before that. The games run good for one minute and then the chip clock, memory and usage go up and down like crazy. Everything is on stock settings and the software i use is Wattman. It`s really anoying and i`m starting to think that it`s an defected card. Tried everything from downloading new softwares, fresh install of GPU ones, fresh install of my whole windows, HDD got formated, so did the SSD where my OS is, rechecking my OC on CPU, rechecking PSU cables, pluged the GPU in other x16 PCI-E slot and nothing worked. Don`t know what do to when we have such limited support for AMD here in Serbia" Note that here OC is not default on this card, but the problem is the same on this and stock anyway. I have an log to from unigen heaven, but i dont know how to paste it here. Maybe like this: https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fcdn.fbsbx.com%2Fv%2Ft59.2708-21%2F14736807_10207700234759910_6582109867283054592_n.txt%2FGPU-Z-Sensor-Log.txt%3Foh%3Dd8ee9981ce818fe6af80b76cec67fa22%26oe%3D5816C8DE%26dl%3D1&h=AAQF4AsW8

You may want to check your bios to see if you have any power saving settings turned on.

People have also reported that the new AMD drivers and Radeon Settings software has been causing a drop in performance including on the RX 480.

Ok, i`ll try that now. I`m about to clean driver and shut down to swap PCI-E slot.

This is an old photo, almost everything is turned off and CPU current limit is set to 250. My phone is on charger right now so i couldn`t take picture of current setup now.

It`s overclocked to 4.5GHz now and it`s stable with 1.32Vcore. The cooler i have is Nepton240M and it keeps my CPU under 60c while it was running 3-4 hours of LinX and Prime95. I`ll update that picture, i believe that i have it turned off.

Update:

Strange. Looks like i solved the problem by automatic download software downloaded from AMD site and by using MSi afterburner. Also what i noticed is that when i turned off HWiNFO64, the clock just got stable and (to knock on wood) it`s still is after 30min of playing BF4, the game where i had most problems.
