Gigabyte Sumo Alpha casing front panel lights are not working and power button is jammed when pressing so could the lights and power button be replaced from the manufacturer or from computers market easily?

Depends on how you bought it. If from a store and have a receipt, they may replace it if purchased within two weeks. If longer than that then yes, you could talk to gigabyte about troubleshooting of some sort or perhaps even rma.
