Ive had 3 tickets open for over 4 months with no response?

Ive tried to join their forum with no approval email for 3 months?

Theres literally no way to contact them?

Im in the UK if this makes a difference.

Have you checked your SPAM folder? Did you write your email correctly? I own an eshop and you can't imagine how many people write their email with mistakes when registering.

This still doesnt excuse their lack of response in 4 months either? it says 5-7 days on their site.

I am not taking their side but since they are a big company, they should always respond even with a decline in your request. Something else is happening here. I would contact them by phone if it's possible and clear things up.
Thats what i want to do but they dont have a contact number.. theres no email address or anything... only the ticket system you linked above.

Shocking really and when i google it it seems everything is having the same issue their customer service is rated 1 star everywhere.
