Apply Black Sharpie on it. You can't turn it off, sorry.

If you apply more than 2 or 3 layers you wont see the light anymore. Trust me I already did.

I have a Gigabyte B150-HD3P and I can turn it off. Just go into the BIOS, click on periphirals and turn "Audio LED" off.
