"or two SSDs with two HDDs for a max capacity of 4 TB" ; But with the Samsung M9T 2TB 9.5mm 5400RPM hard drive, 2 of those is 4TB, plus two 1TB SSDs makes 6TB.

It's really sad that they use the 47xxHQ instead of the 48xxHQ series CPUs from Intel. The price difference is rather small, but the extra 300MHz is quite noticeable. It makes perfect sense to go for such an upgrade in a gaming notebook.

I'm not so sure, since heat is sug a big issue in the laptops, the slower CPU's probably allow more room for the CPU's to breath.

There's a butltload of 15" gaming laptops with IPS screens. Good luck finding a 17" gaming laptop with one though :'(

Stopped reading when I saw 1080p - Screen on this is a bit of a let down. MSI and Razer have both released slim gaming laptops with way better quality screens. Hopefully this will be priced accordingly.
