The 100 series Gigabyte MBD needs so convoluted update via USB drive. http://gigabytedaily.blogspot.com/2015/09/having-trouble-installing-windows-7-by.html
I downloaded the tool and tried to create this driver. After the installer finished, I received a message saying there was an error that read "Failed to add driver". But the installer tool looks like it installed perfectly. My USB drive now has a different icon and can't be used as a storage device. Does this error mean anything? Do I need to redo this USB drive.
