Gigabyte USB 3.0 drivers stopped working

A few days ago all of the USB 3.0 hubs on the front and back panel just randomly stopped reading everything. The hubs can still give power to things like my phone and external HDD (light on device will turn on but that's it) however, they wont let me access the devices through the desktop or even show up in file explorer and device manager. Also, I'm unable to use my mouse, keyboard, xbox 360 controller, ect. Yet, oddly enough, the USB 2.0 are working just fine and can access everything like normal. The first thing I tried doing is searching through gigabytes offical page for drivers and even some random sites that i knew were pointless, but can't find anything for my particular motherboard. I'm not quite sure what to do next and the BIOS is still pretty foreign to me, other then boot options and such. Any type of advice would be helpful.

*Update* I found the Etron USB 3.0 drivers on the gigabyte official page finally, installed them after uninstalling old ones, and even tried just about every option it gave me in the device manager, yet, they're acting exactly the same as before. Still powering devices but unable to read anything.

Thanks,
Boris

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
CPU: FX-8320
OS: Windows 8.1

*i can post more specs if needed

I'm not sure, how would I check, how would I find the new one, and how do I go about installing it?

I'm very sorry to keep asking you so many question but I am very appreciative of this extremely helpful information. Thank you so much for your time, tradesman1.

I finally fixed the USB 3.0 issue, however I still plan to call Gigabyte tomorrow anyway because my OS had some issues and completely reset everything. So I reinstalled the Windows, which was actually what fixed the USB problem(LOL)...but now I'm not able to have sound running through my headset and speakers at the same time. Just one at a time, which is an obnoxious inconvenience since I go back and forth frequently. That being said, it's only a minor issue so I'll ask gigabyte for a fix first, but it's nice to know I'll always have an amazing community to fallback on. <3

Thank you so much for your time and help, Tradesman1. It was greatly appreciated.

See you again soon, buddy.

Bummer, dude. Have you tried any of the other possible fixes listed above? The only fix that worked for me was to completely reinstall windows. If you backup all your other data it shouldn't be too much of a hassle, that is of course if you do decide to go that route.

Oh! Maybe try removing everything that's plugged into the USBs, then try to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them before you plug anything back in.
