Gigabyte VS AMD Graphics Cards

I am going to build my own PC and can't decide which graphics card to get, I am also on a $200 budget for the graphics card, or else I would be going for a higher end card. I'm going to play games such as Minecraft, BF4, TF2, and Gary's Mod and some other big titles. Im only using one monitor and its 720p, but i will upgrade to a 1080p monitor later. Here are my 2 options.

Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x
Or
AMD Radeon R9 270x

Which one will give the best performance and cooperate with my PC the best?
Here is the rest of my PC parts:

-AMD Athlon x4 750k Processor

-MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 Motherboard

-G Skills Ripjaws (8 GB) Ram

-Cooler Master extreme 550w Power Supply

-Seagate Barracuda 1tb Hard Drive

-NZXT Guardian 921 Case

Well the gigabyte is an aftermarket cooler. Avoid reference coolers unless you are going to slap a water block on. I would hold sapphire as the best AMD maker of graphics cards.

No amd is the designer of the cards and then the other companies modify it. Amd doesnt actually make graphics cards for consumer. Other companies like gigabyte and msi did
