So I pulled the trigger on a Gigabyte Windforce OC 2070 Super yesterday and noticed today that the EVGA is only $5 more.

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Super Gaming, 08G-P4-3071-KR, 8GB GDDR6

VS

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 Super Windforce OC 8GB GDDR6, GV-N207SWF3OC-8GD

I've read the EVGA is a higher quality card with a longer warranty but its also a 2 fan vs 3 fan.. Should I cancel and switch to the EVGA?

Solution
If you get a longer warranty for 5$ then its worth it. These cards will have similiar performance anyway. Also both gigabyte cards i had have problems with a weird noise like the fan was hitting something at high rpm's. Right now i have the 1070 Ti Evga Black Edition and its a really good card.
