Gigabyte Vs Sapphire 380X

So basically these I'm picking up one of these R9 380X. I'm wondering on which brand I should really get ? I'm going to buy another one later for crossfire too ! I'm stuck on wether the Gigabyte version is worth the 980MHz , Windforce Logo and cooling design with zero rpm .
The sapphire one has a better clock speed :/

Sapphire is like AMD's signature GPU brand. You can't go wrong with it IMO.

Yah I'm just concerned because of the downclock of the gigabyte version . Will there be a fps difference ? Which two are best for cfire?

I always recommend sapphire cards, but gigabyte also makes good cards, so either should be fine.

It will be better. Higher clock rate = better FPS.

Eh no maybe 2-4.

No way. 1-4 fps probably. The slightly higher clocks of these cards won't make a huge difference, which is why it is best to buy the card for its cooling abilities and not its out of the box overclock. Nonetheless, the sapphire is a nice card and the extra core clock will give you a little better performance.

I would still recommend the Sapphire card, as their cooling tends to be top notch. I'm just saying don't expect the factory overclock to make a huge impact on gaming.

Ok . One last question . There is no coil whine for this model is there ?

I do not know. My 390 has some coil whine, but over time it has lessened to where I rarely hear it. I do not see any of the reviews mentioning coil whine, so you are probably safe.
