Question Gigabyte windforce OC 1660 ti or RTX 2060 founders edition?

As the title says, which one should i go for?
The Founders edition is any good over the custom cards when considering cooling?
Does OC 1660ti gets the fps closer to RTX 2060 FE?
The price difference between these two are not that much though.

What do u think of the Temps for RTX 2060 founders edition?
GTX 1660 ti is 28k INR and RTX 2060 FE is 31k INR.. (roughly 30$ more).
And 1660 ti of MSI and gigabyte 6G gaming are similar in price of RTX 2060 FE.

I read FE model have poor cooling and have higher Temp.. Is that true?
