Gigabyte X470 chipset DDR4 ram options

Just got the X470 Aorus ultra gaming with the AMD 2600X and trying to decide on the ram i want to put in it should i got with the more expensive (2x8gb $249 on sale atm Newegg $219) ddr4 3200 Flare X cl14 (optimized for ryzen X370 (unsure about X470 optimization)) or the cheaper (Trident Z cl16 (2x8gb $189) (2x4gb $110) (which say optimized for intel)), or the slightly cheaper (2x8gb cl16 ripjaws v ($179 also supposedly optimized for intel) any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Never mind those "Optimized for" tricks, no such thing. If you want fastest than look for lowest Cl at given frequency. As for overclocking it, best results are achieved with RAM with Samsung "b-die" chips.
