Question Gigabyte x570 Aorus Pro Wifi no video on boot

Latest F11 bios from 12/2019
AMD Ryzen 7 2700
MSI RX580 8Gb
2 monitors
1 LG 34 Ultrawide DPort > HDMI
1 LG 29 4:3 DPort > HDMI

If I shut down my PC I get no video when I turn it back on. Both monitors just say "no signal".

However, if I shut off the power supply, shut off both monitors, start up the PC and turn on 1 monitor (doesn't matter which) while it's booting I get video.

I saw a couple of posts on enable/disable CSM but I've tried both with no luck.

make and model of the psu?

I don't know the make and model. And to find out I would have to pull it completely out of the case because it's in a housing.

But I do know it's a 750w

I didn't have this problem with my Asus M5A with all the other hardware the same. The mainboard is the only part I changed after it died
