So I am planning to buy a gaming pc I haven’t set a budget yet but I have a basic question
Is this build too overkill ?

I play mostly COD apex or pubg

Also is the motherboard too overkill

Keep in mind that I also do a lot of multitasking on my computer
I am also planning on overclocking and streaming/ recording

If this build is too overkill I am open to suggestion

Problem with B450 and x470 is the bios updated needed to run Ryzen 3000, and hoping that said bios updates will be stable. The Arorus master is a great board, but overkill, for a 3700x. That drive is fast, but games won't take advantage of it. I would use a smaller 500gb drive, for your OS and programs, and a 1-2tb, for games storage. Also a better PSU.

You could get by with almost any x470 MB and even better b450 and get exactly same performance for half money, except of course PCIe v4 SSD with which you won't see almost any speed boost. For that difference and difference for your SSD you could get Samsung 970 pr ab 2 TB.
Thank you man makes sense tbh
