I bought this mini-ITX motherboard for use in my Thermaltake Level 20 vt case but they are not compatible, although the Thermaltake website indicates that this case is compatible with the Mini-ITX format. Is there any way to use this motherboard with this case?

I asked Thermaltake and they replied:

But the Thermaltake website indicates that the case is compatible with Mini-ITX. I'm confused.

The VT doesn’t feel like it’s just a regular mid-tower shrunken down. Since our SFF test bench uses all mini ITX compatible parts, there was more than enough room inside the case. Even with the maximum motherboard size, the two-chamber design would leave plenty of space underneath to stuff cables.

I'd say TT got confused. It's extremely rare for a mATX case not to fit mITX as well since mITX is smaller.

Please check this links below:

https://es.thermaltake.com/level-20-vt.html

http://thermaltakecorp.com/Chassis/Micro_Case_/Level_20/C_00003286/Level_20_VT/Specification.htm

In both links, Thermaltake confirms that the case is compatible with mini-ITX.

But an email from Thermaltake say:

"Hello,

The level 20 VT was designed only for Micro-ATX motherboards it was not designed to support mini-ITX. You will not be able to install the Mini or any ITX motherboard in this case.

Thank You

It is these contradictions that have me quite confused. The fact is that the backplate of the X570 I Aorus Pro WiFi prevents it from being placed in this case.
