Gigabyte x99 G1 Wifi Noctua NH-D15s compatibility

Hi Guys,

Im looking at getting the Noctua NH D15s for my x99 build. Im currently using a H110i GT but it is just so noisy! When it comes to the noctua im not 100% sure but there may be some compatability issues. From what I have heard/read the cooler may go over the first PCIe slot (I am currently using the Gigabyte x99 G1 wifi board with a 5930k) and was just wondering if I could use the second PCIe slot without sacrificing any performance? Or does the GPU have to go into the first one?

I use the D15S and got it because it did not cover the first slot on my mATX motherboard.

This http://noctua.at/en/products/cpu-cooler-retail/nh-d15s.html?comp=1 is Noctua's compatibility list for motherboards and it definitely says that the cooler will fit in the x99 GA-X99 G1 Gaming WiFi motherboard. (Right at the bottom in the LGA2011-3 socket motherboards.
