Gigabyte X99 slow POST

Hi,
I am currently using a Gigabyte X99 Gaming 5P board and POST is slow as hell. From pressing the button to windows load screen, it takes like 20 seconds ( Windows boot in 5 seconds though ). How do I make it faster? I do have RAID configured and is there a way to skip the screen during startup that shows what drives are installed? Thanks.

Samsung 950 Pro 512GB
2x Seagate 2TB Desktop HDD ( RAID 1 ) + 1xSeagate 1TB SSHD ( non-RAID )
i7-5820k@4.3
980 Ti @ 1.35
4x8GB Kingston HyperX Predator DDR4 2800

basically you disable anything you dont use through the bios. Everything it has to look for takes time, but some things you cant avoid.
