GIGABYTE Z170 HD3P + i5-6600k does it work?

I have been thinking about this *GIGABYTE Z170 HD3P* for a while now, Is it compatable with i5-6600k and EVGA GTX970 FTW+ACX 2.0?

It's fine as long a you don't want dual nVidia Video Cards because that Mobo doesn't have multi-GPU support for SLI, but it can support Crossfire(AMD).
