Gigabyte z170x ultra gaming won’t boot or POST

Hey, so I’m new to PC building and this is my first build. My z170x ultra gaming mother board won’t boot into the BIOS or even POST or display anything, it doesn’t power cycle and can contstanly remain on with LEDs and fans but no display.
I have:

i5-7600k
16GB 2400MHz CORSAIR Vengeance LPX RAM
Evga 600W B1 PSU
Cooler master hyper T2
Gigabyte GTX 1050 2GB
WB Blue 1TB Hard Drive

Any ideas?

The motherboard probably doesn't have a BIOS loaded to support the 7th Gen CPU. You need a SKYLAKE CPU to update the BIOS or send it back and get a Z270 board.
