Gigabyte z270 gaming k3 fails to reboot & shut down properly. What can I do?

Bought a gigabyte z270 gaming k3 yesterday & I seem to only have issues with it. Some I've solved but not this rebooting & shut down issue.

I'm not sure what info I can give. I've tried messing in bios, turned off fast boot in bios & in Windows. Not sure what else there is I can do.

So I'm in need of assistance.

Processor is a 7700k.

Maybe I should mention what happens.

When in Windows & try to reboot, screens go black like it should, fans still spin but doesn't boot up again.

When in Windows & try to shut off the computer, everything goes as it should but fans are still spinning & led to the power button is still on.

If anyone reads this, replace the motherboard. It's faulty. Went for an Asus strix z270 and it worked perfectly.
