Question Gigabyte z270x gaming 5 usb dac-up 2 port problem

I recently get this board, as used.
After finish assembling my pc, I tried to connect mouse and keyboard using
yellow USB DAC-up 2 port at rear panel, but it doesn't recognize any of two.
So I tried other ports and it works fine.https://9apps.ooo/
After rebooting several times, it recognized mouse and keyboard.
But I'm not sure when it wil stop working.
What can I try?
I'm using f10b version bios.
Additionally, if someone uses the same board, could you give me take some pictures of bios which shows menus related to USB DAC-up 2 port

Sounds like you might just need to install the proper drivers for the USB controller you are using.

System has at least two, if not three controllers.

I do have the same board, never had issues with the USB ports next to the PS/2 port for mouse and keyboard. And everything else I have is plugged into the main 2.0 ports on the back.

Pretty sure that DAC port just has extra shielding so that a DAC plugged in there receives less interference.
