Gigabyte Z270X Gaming 7 - SATA Issue

Installed hard drives on SATA2 and SATA3, and the drives aren't being detected. I have Samsung 960 Pro SSDs in each m.2 slot, and the way I read page 34 of the manual, SATA2 and 3 should be available. As near as I can tell, both SATA ports are enabled in the bios.

Gigabyte Z270X Gaming 7, i7-7700k, 32GB Corsair ram, 2 Samsung 960 Pro SSD, MSI 1060 video card, Windows 10.

Solved with Windows disk manager.
