I want to install Windows 10 from USB (FAT32, prepared with Win32DiskImager) but my BIOS won't boot, although the flash drive is recognized. When I choose the USB flash drive from the boot menu the screen gets black for a moment and the boot menu appears again.

This is how it looks like: https://youtu.be/L0jwwLXduJ8

P.s.: I already tried updating BIOS.

Solution
Use rufus for the ISO https://rufus.ie/downloads/ get 2.18

If the BIOS is UEFI (and if you want to use it) configure it in the BIOS first. Then connect a flash drive run rufus select GPT, then add the ISO

Then wait for it to finish, reboot, change bootdisk to flash drive then boot from it

Did everything like you said, but the results are the same as in the video. Only the description of the flash disk changed by the appendix "Partition 1". The outcame is the same.

Yes, the first entry says now: "UEFI: General USB Flash Disk 1100, Partition 1"

Yes, I downloaded the ISO from Microsoft.com directly. The Media Creation Tool seems to be buggy, as it fails to build a bootable flash drive with an unknown error message.

As I mentioned above, this does not work.

VICTORY! I successfully created an bootable flash drive with rufus 3.3 and managed to install Windows 10, everything looks fine so far. Thanks everybody for your input!
