I recently factory reinstalled my PC and now i can not connect to wifi/mobile hotspot only either net cable, is there anyway to fix this? i could before.

Well, the motherboard has a LAN port where you can have an ethernet cable plugged in.

Other than that, the motherboard has no WiFi capabilities.
