Gigabyte Z370xp Sli Rev1.0 with one gigabyte 1070 G1 Second monitor not getting signal..(NOT RUNNING SLI)

I have a Gigabyte Z370 SLI mobo and a Gigigabyte 1070 G1 gpu.My second monitor is not geting any signal from the Hdmi or Display ports. The primary monitor only gets a signal if I use the DVI port. If I put the GPU into another systems(Gigabyte H55m, scoket 1156) both my monitors connect perfectly. Both systems run Windows 10 Pro with all the latest updates and drivers for the GPU from Nvidia.

I did the bios update for the mobo(F6 I think) which is supposed to resolve 1070 problem but still only one monitor picks up. Initially windows 10 didn't register the GPU until all the drivers were updated.

I have disabled, uninstalled, reinstalled all the gpu drivers but still only picking up one monitor.

I've changed the PCI settings to legacy and turned of a Intel setting in the bios for virtual machine
but that also didn't work(Read those two methods as possible solutions)..
The 8pin is connected and the card is seated 100%

The second monitor doesn't show in the display settings at all.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Intel i5 8600K stock with a Coolermaster Tower 4 blower
Corsair Hxi 850w
