Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro odd cold boot behaviour

I currently have the board above and when booted from cold it powers on with no post for about 10 seconds then powers down then on with post. Is this normal Behaviour? I have just been on the phone to Gigabyte and they tried it with an aorus master but it didn't behave the same.

is this normal or should I send it back? Everything else appears fine.

I am going to try to enable fast boot and a couple of other things in the bios but honestly I'm out of ideas on why it would be doing this.

Can anyone who has this board tell me if theirs behaves the same?

Does it on stock settings. Also does it on a different bios version.

I have also tried messing around with the power settings in windows disable/enable fast start up and hybrid sleep mode. No idea why its doing this.

It actually turns on for about 37 seconds turns off and then on again.

Latest on right now. I have tried 3 bios versions. Same behaviour on all.

Done, still does this.

Can anyone shed any light on why it may be doing this? I need to make a decision on whether to return and purchase another one.
