Question Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Xtreme in rebooting loop

Today afther more than 2 months my z390 Aorus Master started with infinit loop!I try'd all known solutions(untightening waterblock,removing ddr4 memory,GPU removed etc and still not solved my problem. My rig is Gigabyte z390 Aorus Master, I9 9900k,8x4 Corsair Dominator ddr4 3200MhZ, RTX Titan, Corsair HX 1200PSU...Tryd all new components exc MBO and all of them work fine so i preasume it is MBO bios dead or there is another way to fix

If removing the 8 pin CPU power cable and starting the board, same loop, or case fans do spin without restarting?

I removed 8pin and vents start to spin for arround 2-4 sec and then it just reboot again( so i preasume it is same loop)

If power supply tested and working, then yes, it could be a board issue.

PSU tested and working flowlessly
