Hoping the kind folks on this forum can help. I have recently built a new PC, but it won't post, no video, no startup screen or anything.

There are no beeps, buzzes, ticking or error codes popping up, just powering on, going through some kind of initial process where, then looping power on and off with the fans spinning up and spinning down over and over.

Also, the cycle of reboots switch between lighting up an orange light labeled "M_Bios" and another one named "B_Bios".

Things I have tried:

Removed all memory except for 1 stick in A1 slot. Also tried memory from another PC that I know works. - no effect

Removed video card and tried with on-board video - no effect

Checked socket for bent pins and re-installed CPU - no effect

Re-set power cable to motherboard - no effect

if it matters, the LED error-code indicator on the motherboard never lights up or produces any 2-letter/digit code.

Anyone want to help a guy out with ideas? :)
