[SOLVED] Gigabyte Z390 UD BIOS

Hi, So i was in my bios and i was just checking a few things and i could see that my i5 9600K was running at 4.3GHz when it should be 3.6..?
Do some motherboards omtimised CPU's in this way or has there been something I've done in Intel XTU maybe?
